In Oulton Park, als die Meisterschaft 1969 nach Gro\u00dfbritannien kam. Der legend\u00e4re Brite gewann die Meisterschaft dann sowohl 1969 als auch 1970. Au\u00dferdem gewann er 1974 die Tasmanische Meisterschaft auf einem Chevron B24. In ihrer Bl\u00fctezeit erstreckte sich die Formel 5000 von Amerika, Kanada, Neuseeland und Australien bis nach Gro\u00dfbritannien.<\/p>\n<p>Der HSCC wird auf der Autosport International sechs Fahrzeuge ausstellen. Darunter ein Ex-Mike Hailwood 1971 Surtees TS8. Sowie den 1970er Mclaren M10B, der von Peter Gethin gefahren wurde. Eine Reihe von Fahrern aus dieser Zeit wird auf der Messe im Januar zu sehen sein. Dort k\u00f6nnen die Fans die ausgestellten legend\u00e4ren Chassis aus n\u00e4chster N\u00e4he betrachten.
