Andrew Roberts will join Influence Associates, the leading automotive, motorsport and technology PR agency as Chief Operating Officer at the beginning of April.  Roberts joins from Bentley Motors Limited where he has been Director of Global Communications since 2014. He is a highly experienced Brand, PR and Communications leader. Prior to Bentley, Roberts has held other senior communications roles in the automotive industry. These include Director of Communications at Mercedes-Benz UK Limited and Director of Global Product and Brand PR at Land Rover. Roberts further strengthens a well-established and respected team of four existing directors at Influence.

Roberts’ arrival at Influence signals a new chapter for the agency as it positions itself for growth. This follows a series of new client wins in premium automotive, new technology and motorsport, further increasing its global reach. In all, ten new companies have joined the blue-chip client base in the last three months. These include Formula E title partner, ABB.

Working alongside agency founder and CEO, Stuart Dyble, Roberts will shape and refine Influence’s client service offering to prepare the agency for the rapidly evolving communications challenges in the sector and broader communications industry. The appointment also reunites Dyble and Roberts who have successfully worked together before at Jaguar Land Rover and Ford.
