Influence identified a new golden era for British sport and how association with this could help change the perception of the Jaguar brand. Three years before the London Olympics, Influence approached Jaguar with a view to creating the Jaguar Academy of Sport programme, which focussed on inspiring, mentoring and supporting new British sporting talent with Jaguar cars.

Influence created and managed the entire programme, from recruiting the patrons and ambassadors to setting up the mentoring days, managing the awards and related promotion, culminating in a pre-2012 Best of British inspiration day attended by Jaguar patrons
