Influence welcomes Formula 1 racing legend Sir Stirling Moss to 22 Soho Square

Influence Associates held its New Year drinks for the second of its quarterly evening get togethers for a selection of invited guests from the motorsport, automotive and bespoke luxury industries. Guests to the event at Soho Square in the heart of London included British racing legends, new and existing clients, and some of the UK’s most respected journalists.

Formula 1 racing legend Sir Stirling Moss was the guest of honour for the evening, and he attended the event with his wife Lady Susie Moss. Sir Sterling and his wife arrived at the venue in style, having been chauffeured from their home in a Rolls-Royce EWB, courtesy of leading luxury car dealership H.R. Owen.

Other special guests included British racing driver and GT champion Marino Franchitti, arguably everyone’s favourite Stig and author of ‘How to Drive’, Ben Collins, and writer-producer of the double BAFTA-winning ‘Senna’, Manish Pandey.

The evening was overcome with incredible talent and success, bringing some of the leading luxury and automotive thinkers and influencers together. Guests included representatives from Rolls-Royce, Caracalla, the producer of motorsport-inspired luxury leather goods, and Omologato watches.

Two other striking guests were sat outside the door on the street in Soho Square, waiting to greet the partygoers as they arrived. The bespoke, British manufactured sports car, BAC Mono, and a green Lamborghini Huracan, courtesy of H.R. Owen, were two of the most photographed attendees of the night, drawing attention from guests, journalists and members of the public alike.

Stuart Dyble, Influence Associates CEO, opened the evening by welcoming the guests and saying a few words on the agency’s successful 2015 and its plans for 2016, including its aspiration to become the leading automotive and luxury lifestyle strategy, brand and content providers in the industry. Influence’s well-connected and experienced team, and its diverse client base means it is always able to push beyond the conventional PR brief.

Guests were able to enjoy a wonderful champagne tasting experience courtesy of Pol Roger, with a range of champagnes including an exquisite 2006 vintage.

The evening also saw the launch of Influence’s brand new website, which features an all-new design, a new iNews feature and a detailed overview of the agency’s services and clients.
